Citibank is super duper efficient!
I reported loss of my credit card at 1pm yesterday Sunday (the second lost card in a year, but that’s another story) and they told me they’ll arrange for a replacement card to reach me from 6 - 9pm Monday via courier as I’m leaving the country soon.
But guess what, my card arrived at my front door at 5pm yesterday! All within 4 hours from my lost card report!
